These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ISG Dashboard, operated by Innosoft Gulf LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
ISG Dashboard provides real-time cryptocurrency market microstructure data including whale trade flow, order book analysis, and strategy signals. The service is intended for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are not prohibited from using the service under applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide a valid email address and verify it to activate your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 7 days of your first paid subscription, contact us at info@innosoft.ai for a full refund.
After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account is downgraded to the Free plan.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular trading strategy. Market data is sourced from third-party exchanges and may be subject to delays or errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innosoft Gulf LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any trading losses.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
